Errors in Matomo setup found in the research process:

  • YouTube video title not passed properly in all the cases - needs to be verified
  • Form tracking - there are multiple forms and just few were identified automatically due to limit in auto-identification - it should be reviewed which forms should be tracked
  • Purchase goal - imported from GA4 - not mapped, not recorded
  • https://emea.mitsubishielectric.com/fa/lp/mitsubishi-electric-podcast - there is high refresh rate and no further actions. Online event is not a podcast, probably this is not what people expect. Also there is a lot of direct traffic for that specific link - is all traffic tagged?
  • Outside Matomo: dislocated labels on buttons in consent message on iPhone
